ADRs are alternative dispute resolution procedures, in which a professional, impartial and neutral third party helps the parties resolve each situation. The agreement reached by the parties has the same validity and the same effectiveness as a private contract; it can be raised to a public deed before a notary and can also be judicially approved by a court.
The Chamber’s Business Conflict Resolution Center (CRCE) offers these procedures to facilitate the resolution of conflicts when one of the parties is an organization or a member of an organization, or a self-employed worker or equivalent, and the conflict takes place in the commercial, civil or family business sphere.
