This legal notice contains the general conditions governing access and use of the website www.ccis.ad, hereinafter “the WEBSITE”, which is owned and operated by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of ‘Andorra, at C. Prat de la Creu 8, baixos, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principality of Andorra, created by virtue of Law 29/2021, of October 28, qualified as protection of personal data, from now forward “CCIS”. Access to the WEB is free and viewing does not require any prior registration or subscription.

RESPONSIBILITY

The CCIS is not responsible for damages caused or that may occur, of any nature, that derive from the use of the information, the content of the WEB and the programs it incorporates, and that could be caused, by way of example and not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the WEB or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.

The information contained in the WEB is current on the date of the last update, and the CCIS does not guarantee the absence of errors in accessing the WEB or in the content, however, it will adopt the relevant measures to avoid- them, correct and/or update them as soon as they are detected.

The CCIS reserves the right to modify and update the information on the WEB, its presentation and configuration and the conditions of access without prior notice and at any time. Likewise, the CCIS reserves the right to modify and/or omit the contents of the WEB in whole or in part and to restrict access. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER

It is expressly forbidden to access, modify, view the configuration, structure and files of the WEB servers. Faced with any problem that could occur in the servers and security systems of the WEB as a direct consequence of a negligent action by the user, the user will be liable for the corresponding civil and criminal liability. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ON THE CONTENTS

All the elements that appear on the WEB, without limitation (photographs, music, sounds, animations, software, texts, domain name, trademarks, information and content collected from the entire web, etc.), as well as the structure, design graphic and the source code are the property of the CCIS, or where applicable, of third parties who have assigned the corresponding rights of use, and which the user of this website must respect, and which are therefore protected by the intellectual property regulations. Total or partial acts of reproduction, publication, computer processing, distribution, diffusion, transformation, compilation, modification, distribution or public communication of the WEB may not be carried out without the prior written consent of the CCIS.
